Report A Results Problem

If you believe there might be a problem with one of your results, please file a report using the form on this page. The sooner you report a concern, the better.

Problem Report Deadlines:

For Static & Dynamic results: 6pm (local time) on Dynamic Events Day
For Endurance results: 15 minutes after Endurance Ends

This is NOT an "Official Scoring Dispute"

This is a pro-active means to allow teams to identify potential problems and request that the scorekeepers reserach and verify particular results. Official scoring disputes must still be done in person with SAE.

What happens after submitting this?

A scoring review case will be opened using the information you provide below. The head scorekeeper will be notified and the staff will begin researching the problem. We might contact you via phone or email during the investigation to ask for more information. We will contact you (usually via email) once the case is ready to be closed to inform you of the outcome!

You MUST submit a problem report before 6:00 PM on Dynamic Events Day. This time period has past. If you have a serious concern, you can still file an official Dispute.
